I work in spreading innovation and new ways of working across and within children’s services. I mostly use facilitated learning approaches such as Action Learning, peer networking. Most of my work is within the children’s voluntary sector, but I also deliver programmes in local authorities and NHS organisations.
Main topics of interest:
Scaling Up
Adoption/De-adoption/De-implementation
Systems Change/Systems Analysis
My main area of interest is in using some of the disciplines of implementation practice (such as identification of core features) to enable organisations to reflect on innovations they are generating and how they might support spread. I am also working with a number of funders to help them reflect on how they encourage scale and spread as part of their grant-making programmes.
