Evaluation of Implementation
For the past 15 years, I have been studying perioperative and cancer care pathways, aiming to address human factors in care delivery; understand barriers and drivers of implementing and sustaining evidenced interventions - including checklists and multidisciplinary team-driven care; and increase the capability to undertake safety and quality improvements. More recently, my research has focused on methodological developments for the conduct of implementation studies and the measurement of implementation outcomes within healthcare settings.
